guys are the best! Two different times they just let me ask questions
about my problem that I've been trying to fix for several weeks. Added
some RAM on the spot to see if that would help. I finally gave up and
was going to buy a new laptop because the Gopro application support
guys I was working with said my graphic where incompatible with their
app. So I stopped by one more time and Jeanette, the owner, said I
didn't need a new pc. I asked them to take a look and see if they could
fix things. 2 hours later I get a call and things are fixed. Thanks so

fast and friendly. They've even taken the time to find screws that
would fit our laptop when some had fallen out and didn't charge us a
dime. If you need honest, affordable computer repair, don't hesitate to

I asked Morris if he
could order me a new keypad for my laptop.Rod the owner
said they could for a small fee.I received it in less
than a week, installed it myself and it's working
great.If i need parts or some work done on my computer
in the future i would not hesitate to call these folks.

Very informed and
friendly, with prices about the same as everyone else,
and they know the products they sell. They restored a
netbook OS for me last week, when they tested it they
noticed it was slower than snail snot (it was indeed a
slow old dog), they tried upgrading RAM and it helped
considerably, and called and asked me to come check it
out and see if I wanted to keep it in. That was only a
$10 upcharge for the new RAM and of course no charge for
the experiment. My previous experience with them was
buying a wifi router, and again it was "we really like
this one and recommend you try it" and indeed it's been
a long-range hotrod for a few years now. My impression
of these folks is that they look at your IT problems
from the perspective of YOU and what you need, rather
than what gets them the most profit. Far better help and
advice than the Big Box stores, and really at about the
same price. I'll never set foot in Best Buy again, they
are all about sales commissions, pushy salespeople who
can't count to 5 on 2 hands, and worthless extended
warranties. Big corporate. Buy local instead.

Computers, parts, accessories and personal attention all
in one location. :-). Yes, they actually care and go out
of there way to make sure your individual needs are met.
This is the first place your should visit.

These people are GREAT!! You won't find a better group
of people more knowledgeable about computers...the best
prices and quick!! I have had 2 computers build by them
and I couldn't be more happier. I'm a PC & Parts fan
forever!

What a great experience. I went in thinking I needed a
new video card, but the fix turned out to be much
simpler. I had my computer back in good working order
within a couple of hours, and the cost was more than
reasonable--a bargain, in fact. It was a pleasure to do
business here.

We've taken our computers
here a couple times but with excellent to terrible
results. One computer came back fixed like it was
supposed to but they had removed the security program

RECOMMENDED!!! This is
the best computer store I have ever dealt with. They are
honest, knowledgeable and their prices are as good as
on-line stores such as Amazon and Newegg. Their target
market is mostly young people but I feel comfortable
doing business there even though I am retired (AKA old
fart). I worked with computers my whole career and when
I talk to them I can tell that they know what they are
talking about.

The best way to learn
about a company is when things don't go quite right. I
took my laptop in to get a bigger hard drive. When I got
it home, there were problems with the new drive - not
the actual drive - but the system was unstable and
culminated in a blue screen of death. Yikes! ..... Long
story short, I took it back in hoping that I wouldn't
have an argument on my hands about whether I needed to
pay more than the initial agreed upon amount to get a
drive...especially when I learned of the many, many
hours and troubleshooting that it took for them to fix
it. (The cause was a very quirky reason too long to
explain.) One of the owners even came in on Labor Day to
check on the progress of ghosting my machine and I'm
sure ended up spending at least another hour working on
it instead of spending the day with his family......
When I went to pick it up, I was so pleased that they
stood by their initial charges, I could have cried from
relief. Best of all, my computer is working great. I
highly recommend these guys...... By the way, they were
much less than their local competitors in their initial
quote. I was shocked what some of their competitors were
charging for the same service. There was such a
difference, I wouldn't have been able to afford to get
my computer fixed. -----------------------So check them
out. They really do stand by their work.Thank you guys
for going above and beyond to help me get back to work.

PC and Parts have once again come to my rescue. They
explain what the problem is, how to fix it and complete
the repairs. Whether it is an older or brand new laptop
or desktop, they continue to show that they know their
stuff. Jeanette speaks tech to non-techs. How refreshing
that is!

PCs and Parts not only
has a great selection and great prices but they are
willing to go above and beyond anything I've ever found
when it comes to service. I now have found a place with
the selection, prices and customer support that I've
been looking for to begin building my own computers
again. Thank you PCs and Parts for helping me find a
replacement seat for my Socket AM2 fan assembly, letting
me pick it up after hours and providing help with a
smile.
